What We Believe
Ah, a chance to enumerate our beliefs? It’s always so tempting to try and do something cute, like the 10 Commandments of Direct Marketing. For just this once, we’ll practice a little self-restraint.
Really, we believe in a couple of things: being dead-serious about your money and then being light-hearted about most everything else. You see – we’ve been where you are. If you work at a big company, your job, your promotion, and your future career may all be on the line. If you work at a smaller company, it may be your home and your livelihood you’re defending.
We believe that there’s no use paying a company to help you with direct marketing unless they can demonstrate a concrete financial benefit to your business. If you don’t want to make more money by hiring us, we honestly hope you don’t call for our direct marketing services. Sorry to be blunt, but we hate wasting money.
On the other hand, once you do hire us, we expect you to expect us to be accommodating, relaxed, curious about your business, and energetic in our pursuit of excellence. Sure, we may make a few too many jokes about Star Wars, The Office, Lost, Seinfeld, Friends, or any number of other cultural milestones that we use as verbal short-hand and to make one another laugh. But you can bet that, when the heat is on, you’re going to want to call (no, not the A-Team), Eleven19 because we can deliver results and even lighten the atmosphere a tad.
